Ft Hood maybe?!

for the past two + Weeks my husband was in constant contact with branch, trying to get us the duty station we want!. The thing with the ARMY is, that when you REALLY want something, It is NOT likely to happen! (well in our case at least). Branch said that every duty station we want would violate T's Dwelltime and he would have to sign a waiver to get our duty station of choice. Branch attached the ''waiver'' to the email and said if we would be interested to reply with this attachment. T wasnt if it would be a ''binding contract'' since waving dwelltime is usually alot of paperwork etc, he checked back with legal and they told him it would be binding and he WOULD deploy. So our FAV duty stations where out of question! A few days later Branch emailed us saying we are going to Ft Hood TX ( oh boy) i was shocked and felt like crying because Ft Hood was the LAST place on earth we wanted to go!. We dont have an official statement as of right now and i KNOW things can change, but i came to terms with our possible move to Ft Hood!. I looked into all the housing neighborhood and what there is to do with kids!. I guess ill make the best of it! I survived 5 years of baumholder so ill definitely survive Ft hood tx lol. I rather be in TX WITH my husband then in Ft Lewis or Ft Carson ( where we wanted to go) and have my husband deploy again.
